The electrical works undertaken at GMIT used modern and advanced technologies in order to create a contemporary and sophisticated building. The lighting was installed in a way that emphasised the superb architecture of the building.

Mechanical and Electrical Works

Tim Kelly Group has been involved in a number of upgrade works. These works include:

Upgrade to LPHW pipework
Upgrade of Heat Exchanges
Boilerhouse upgrade including upgrading pumps and new gas fired water heater
Emergency lighting upgrade using an addressable system, which included a central battery system for Atex areas
Mechanical & Electrical upgrade works to cleanrooms including process wiring & pipework
