It is the policy of this Company to operate a Quality assurance System that will fully meet the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 and to produce a service which conforms to the customers’ and the company’s’ specified standards of quality, reliability and performance.
In order to achieve this, it is necessary to continually improve and update our systems and target company goals and measurable quality objectives, which are set and reviewed within the framework of the Management Review meetings.
Integrated System Manager is the nominated management representative who has the authority and responsibility to ensure that the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 are implemented and maintained.
All operatives and staff of the Company are directly responsible for the quality of their own work.
The Management and Operating Procedures defined in this Manual and its supporting documentation is mandatory for all staff. All staff shall be made aware of the Quality Assurance requirements. It is important that any discrepancies or suggested amendments should be submitted through normal change request procedure or directly to the Integrated System Manager as soon as possible.
The Quality Elements of the Integrated Management System shall be continually and systematically reviewed for effectiveness and improvement.
The economic cost of quality is of prime importance.
