  • Enabling works including temporary pipework
  • Replacement of existing boilers with 3 no MTHW dual fuel boiler
  • Installation of new boiler flues
  • New MTHW heat exchangers
  • New MTHW header using offsite fabrication
  • New pumpsets and pressurisation unit
  • Gas pipework for future
  • BMS system and associated electrical control and power installation
  • Testing and Comissioning
