- Replacement of existing boilers with 3 no MTHW dual fuel boiler
- Installation of new boiler flues
- New MTHW heat exchangers
- New MTHW header using offsite fabrication
- New pumpsets and pressurisation unit
- Gas pipework for future
- BMS system and associated electrical control and power installation
- Testing and Comissioning
