Brief Description of Works: Mechanical & Electrical Refurbishments & Installations in a pharmaceutical facility.

Mechanical works including:

• Installation of LPHW/ CHW Pipework to serve AHU
• Installation of Cold Water Services to all sanitary areas
• Above ground, drainage to include soils and waste services
• Ventilation and Air Conditioning to New Cleanroom and Office areas
• BMS Controls- Installation of Energy Monitoring Control Valves
• Modifications to Sprinkler System
• Regular Upgrade Works to Stainless Steal Process Pipeline
• Close interaction with Client Engineers to offer Value Engineering advice prior to Installation

Electrical Works including:

• Installation of New Sub Boards including Submains Cabling
• New General & Emergency Lighting Installation both (internal and external)
• New Fire & intruder alarm systems
• Installation of small power & data
• Upgrade of existing lighting throughout the plant
• Door access
• CCTV
• Intruder Alarm
