Project Value: €5m (Mechanical & Electrical Services)

Brief Description of Works: Mechanical & Electrical Refurbishments & Installations in a pharmaceutical facility.

Mechanical works including:

Installation of LPHW/ CHW Pipework to serve AHU
Installation of Cold Water Services to all sanitary areas
Above ground, drainage to include soils and waste services
Ventilation and Air Conditioning to New Cleanroom and Office areas
BMS Controls- Installation of Energy Monitoring Control Valves
Modifications to Sprinkler System
Regular Upgrade Works to Stainless Steal Process Pipeline
Close interaction with Client Engineers to offer Value Engineering advice prior to Installation

Electrical Works including:

Installation of New Sub Boards including Submains Cabling
New General & Emergency Lighting Installation both (internal and external)
New Fire & intruder alarm systems
Installation of small power & data
Upgrade of existing lighting throughout the plant
Door access
CCTV
Intruder Alarm

Brief Project Description

Mechanical and Electrical Works

Tim Kelly Group has been involved in a number of upgrade works. These works include:

Upgrade to LPHW pipework
Upgrade of Heat Exchanges
Boilerhouse upgrade including upgrading pumps and new gas fired water heater
Emergency lighting upgrade using an addressable system, which included a central battery system for Atex areas
Mechanical & Electrical upgrade works to cleanrooms including process wiring & pipework
