Brief Project Description

The IDA Advanced Building in Finisklin Sligo Consisted of 48,000 sq. ft. Shell & Core New Build of 3 Levels for a future category A Office Fit Out. Tim Kelly Group carried out the Full M&E Installation and used Key Co-Ordination tools such as BIM. The project was designed to achieve LEED CS accreditation.

• Lead Co-Ordinator Using 3D BIM Modelling.
• Gas Pipework Installation.
• Gas Boilers Including Flue System.
• Solar Panel System For Chlorifier.
• Domestic Water Services.
• Soils & Wastes.
• Supply & Installation Of Sanitaryware.
• LPHW Pipework.
• CHW Pipework.
• Supply & Installation Of Fan Coil Units.
• Supply & Installation Of LPHW Heat Pump & CHW Heat Pump.
• Ventilation Services Including Ductwork, Grilles, VCD’s & FSD’s.
• Supply & Installation Of 2 No. AHU’s Office Areas & 2 no. AHU’s Toilet Areas.
• Supply & Installation Of Full BMS System.
• Testing & Commissioning.

Electrical Installation Consisted of the following works:

• Cable Containment LV Trunking, ELV Cable Tray, FA Cable Tray & LV Cable Tray.
• Sub Mains Cabling.
• Main Distribution Board & 8 No. Sub Distribution Boards.
• Power Factor Correction Unit.
• General Services & Power.
• Lighting & Emergency Lighting.
• DALI Lighting Control System.
• Solar PV System.
